“People are the main reason I went into dentistry and this hasn’t changed. I find great satisfaction in being able to meet the needs of each of my patients.”
Dr. Rozansky is committed to providing conscientious, comfortable, and compassionate dental care. He is sensitive to his patients concerns and centres his treatment on achieving optimal dental health with aesthetically pleasing results. His insistence on quality and excellent care means that every day he brings a strong focus to the craft of his work. He has particular interest in cosmetic dentistry, having been involved in its practices since its infancy in the 1980s.
“When you strive for excellence and work with meticulous care,” he explains, “The results are very gratifying. Every day I’m able to see the end result of my work, whether it is a simple filling or a smile makeover.”
Originally from Montreal, Dr. Rozansky relocated to Toronto in the 1980s. A modern “renaissance man”, Dr. Rozansky brings his family values and “joie de vivre” to his day-to-day professional and personal activities. His passions include health, nutrition, fitness, art and music. He is a father of two lovely daughters, Chelsea and Ally.
Dr. Rozansky graduated from McGill University’s Faculty of Dentistry in 1986. He completed a one-year, multi-disciplinary residency at the University of Toronto and its teaching hospitals. He has been practicing dentistry at Yonge Eglinton Dental since 1988 and has achieved considerable excellence in cosmetic dentistry. He is a Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

“Yonge Eglinton is a patient-centred practice. Those who come here need to know that they come first and they are the ones that dictate treatment. If it is the ideal solution for you, then it is the best solution.”
One of Dr. Randy Fisher’s greatest delights since joining Yonge Eglinton Dental has been the connection it’s given him to people. “I really enjoy the interaction with individuals while I care for their dental health,” he says. “As a dentist, I actually get to have a small part in people’s lives, hear about their families, and follow what they are up to in between visits.”
Before pursing a career in dentistry, Dr. Fisher worked as an industrial engineer and a global business analyst. After graduating from dental school, he joined the Yonge Eglinton practice, founded by his father over 40 years ago.
“As a dentist, I’m able to apply the best technology and techniques,” he explains, noting the similarities between the two professions. “Both focus on excellence, and the importance of setting and achieving goals. But dentistry allows me to work directly with people — that is why I chose it.”
Although he practices all aspects of dentistry, much of Dr. Fisher’s work emphasizes prosthodontics and restorative dentistry, reporting and treatment of trauma and joint disorders in the jaw. Whether it is a routine checkup or specialized treatment, he views his work as solving “dental problems” so that patients can enjoy optimal oral health.
Dr. Fisher also believes an important part of his role is helping people feel more comfortable about their visit to his office. “It’s very normal to have some anxiety about going to the dentist,” he admits. “Even I have it when I’m the patient.”
When not at work, Dr. Fisher finds time for his love of music, fitness and family. A former marathon runner, the busy father of two continues to enjoy running even if it means just a few minutes around the block to exercise and enjoy some time by himself.
Dr. Randy Fisher a graduate of the Schulich School of Dentistry, University of Western Ontario. He also has a Bachelor of Applied Science & Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto. Currently he is the president of the Canadian Association of Dental Consultants.

“My favourite part of being a dentist is the interaction I have with my patients. One of my goals in my practice is to develop rewarding, long-lasting relationships—that is, treat my patients, treat their kids, and watch their kids grow up.”

Dr. Ari Katsnelson was born and raised in Toronto, just north of Yonge and Eglinton. He chose to attend dental school in Montreal in order to use his French language skills and experience French Canadian culture. While living in Montreal, he volunteered for the McGill Dentistry Outreach Program, providing basic dental care to underserved populations. He returned to Ontario to seek a dental practice focused on patient-driven care.
When Dr. Katsnelson first learned about Yonge Eglinton Dental, he was immediately interested in returning to the area where he grew up and being part of a practice that matched his own values.
“I was drawn to Yonge Eglinton Dental because of its overall philosophy of dental care and the importance placed on long term relationships with people.”
A self-described “simple straightforward guy”, Dr. Katsnelson is quick to add that his work at Yonge Eglinton Dental is always about the team around him and the meticulous care each member provides in dental care and hygiene. “Today more than ever,” he says, “we know the importance of keeping your mouth healthy. It is the gateway to your body and your overall health.”
Although he works with all ages, he is particularly fond of working with children. In addition to his expertise in all aspects of dentistry, Dr. Katsnelson’s patients enjoy his calm, patient nature and his humour. “I also explain everything I’m doing,” he says, “because unless it’s a birthday, most people don’t want a surprise!”
Fluent in both French and Russian, Dr. Katsnelson continues to further his education through lectures and seminars on current dental topics including Invisalgn. In his spare time he places a high priority on family, particularly his role as doting Uncle, and enjoys travels, sports and a wide range of music.
Dr. Ari Katsnelson graduated from McGill University with a Doctor of Dental Medicine. Prior to McGill, he earned an Honours B.Sc. from York University. He is a member of the Ontario Dental Association and the current president of the McGill Alumni Dental Study Club.
